The 12 oz. Slubby Heavy Flannel (SHF) shirts are durable and very warm, with the same qualities for which our ultra-heavy flannels are known. However, because the fabric is woven from slub yarn cotton, the texture is more pronounced and uneven than that of traditional flannels. The front of the fabric has a full, characterful, rugged charm, while the reverse has been double brushed to create a soft flannel shirt.
Designed as an overshirt, this cut is ideal for winter, either as an outer or mid layer. Like our traditional work shirt, it features classic patch breast pockets with pen holders and full-length button fastenings. The difference lies in the loose fit, straight hem, and split side seam gussets.
