Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our New York studio.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
